Render Carrier Board Tray
This render carrier board tray is typically used for thin coat render systems. The render carrier board tray is attached to the bottom of the render carrier board and the inbuilt mesh profile allows you to create a drip at the bottom of your render system. The tray is fixed onto the battens first and then your render carrier boards can be slotted in and screwed in place. Fixing the tray to the battens first ensures your carrier boards are fixed into place straight.
This render carrier board tray has an inbuilt 45-degree drip profile, helping to drive water away from the render system to help limit water ingress. The 45-degree drip ensures that any water travelling down the final render surface will not travel back under the render carrier board tray – instead the water is directed away from the render system completely. The 45 degree drip on the front of the render carrier board tray also creates a clean finish at the bottom of the rendered surface.
The render carrier board tray is made from rigid PVC plastic, so there is zero risk of rusting.
